In 2005, my husband Dan and I returned to our “hometown,” Greensboro, North Carolina, to plant a church downtown after pastoring a church in Virginia for three years. I had no idea exactly how much of ‘me’ this journey would require, but it has taken everything I had and everything I didn’t think I had. God has taken me on a wild pursuit of freedom as He literally pushed me out of the nest into roles I didn’t feel I was equipped for.  Hunger for His presence, the prophetic, and equipping others led us to plant a supernatural school of ministry in 2010. Through His grace, I learned everything I desired was on the other side of my fear.  My entire life has been step after step of overcoming what seemed like I couldn’t overcome – until I did.   My most important title is “Mom,” and The Lord has blessed us with four kids and one son-in-love! On a typical day, you’ll find me running my two high schoolers to sports practices and taking long walks with my youngest child, my Goldendoodle, June. I’m here to talk about the victories, struggles, and all the in-betweens of women in leadership, mental health, motherhood, and the supernatural power of God at work in it all. I pray that as you dive into the deep with us, you will feel the Holy Spirit reminding you of who you really are and your great destiny in Him. All you’ve experienced in Him up to this point has led you here…and it’s only the beginning, there’s always more!
